DATA PROTECTION NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS

This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis on which Haus At Six Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

This Notice applies to all personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose, or process personal data on our behalf.

For the purposes of this Notice:

  • “Customer” refers to an individual who (a) has contacted us to enquire about our products or services, or (b) has entered into a transaction or contract with us for the purchase or use of our products or services.

  • “Personal data” means data, whether true or not, about a customer who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.

Depending on your interaction with us, the personal data we may collect includes your name, contact number, address, email address, and other relevant details necessary for service fulfilment.

We generally do not collect your personal data unless:

  • It is provided voluntarily by you or your authorised representative, after being notified of the purpose(s) and having given consent, or

  • Collection and use without consent is permitted or required by law.

Upon receiving your request, we may inform you of any potential consequences (e.g., our inability to continue providing certain services). We aim to process all withdrawal requests within five (5) business days.

A reasonable fee may apply for access requests. We aim to respond within five (5) business days and will notify you if more time is required.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data in our care. These include:
